EURYI Awards: 4th Call for proposals 2006/2007
Since its creation in 2003, seven candidates presented by CNRS have won the Euryi (European Young Investigator) Award. These awards, launched by Eurohorcs (European Heads of Research Councils) in association with the European Science Foundation, enable top-level young researchers to set up their own team in a European research organization. Twenty such organizations (including CNRS and INSERM) from 15 European countries take part in the operation. Every year, 25 researchers are selected, each one receiving an annual grant of €200,000 over a period of five years. The EURYI Awards are open to researchers from all over the world and in all scientific disciplines. Application closing date for next year:
